The goal of the program is to increase skill level and quickness with the major focus of technique.  Every session, players will have the ability to work on - Shooting - Stick Handling - Acceleration - Puck Protection.
  • Maximum of 12 players on the ice per hour with 2 or 3 instructors
  • 176 hours of ice available to choose from
  • Book sessions that work for your schedule.  You schedule your on-ice training
  • This program gives players the ability to develop on-ice during the off-season
  • Programs for each player to help take their skill development to new levels
  • Athletes will be training with:
    – Adrian Lomonaco and his expert staff
    – Jennifer Botterill 3 time Olympic gold medalist
ON-ICE SUMMER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
DETAILS:
  • Focus is on technique and developing your core skill
  • shooting, stickhandling, deking, acceleration, stride mechanics, edges, board play, battle drills, puck protection and game situation drills.
  • Dates: 11 weeks – June 6 - August 18, 2022
  • Times: 10:15am - 5:45pm
  •  Monday to Thursday  
HOW IT WORKS:
  • Based on your schedule book your hours of On-Ice Training June 6-August 18, 2022
  • Ice times run Monday to Thursday
  • Times available include: 10:15am to 5:45pm
  • Select the desired dates you want, and
  • Select the desired start time for the specific dates
  • You can only book a maximum of two on-ice sessions on a given day
 44 Hour program - 2 days per week in June, 4 days a week in July
33 Hour program - 2 days per week in June, 3 days a week in July
22 Hour program - 2 days per week in June, 2 days a week in July
10 Hour program - select the desired dates you want
Space is limited as there will be a maximum number of players that will be accepted
