Our membership program gives you full access to all of our small group classes (over 40 scheduled classes per week!) These classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, regardless of your current level of fitness or experience. At Journey To Excel we are passionate about offering the best quality training experience in the city. That is why our class sizes will never exceed 12 members per hour. This setting provides the intimacy of personal training with the cost savings of larger group training.
Classes are 1 hour in length and are typically structured with:
10-15 minute dynamic warm-up and mobility focus (this will help prepare you for training while preventing any training related injuries)
30-40 minute High Intensity Resistance Training (total body exercises that help you build lean muscle while losing fat)
5-15 minutes High Intensity Energy Systems Training (short but sweet “finisher” circuits to help clients lose body fat while improving conditioning)
